EPG recently held a corporate culture training session for frontline employees at Jinshan Factory I in Shanghai, introducing the company’s newly upgraded corporate culture framework and reinforcing how its values translate into everyday work on the production floor.

The training covered EPG’s mission, vision, values, ethics, production site management standards, and expected workplace behaviors. Through practical examples and discussions, employees explored how these principles support quality, safety, collaboration, and operational excellence.
The session also marked the rollout of EPG’s Corporate Culture Handbook to frontline teams. The handbook brings together the company’s mission, vision, values, ethics, and operating principles, providing employees with a practical reference for daily work and decision-making.
Representatives from EPG’s President’s Office, Human Resources Center, and Brand & Commercial Center jointly led the session, demonstrating a cross-functional commitment to strengthening organizational alignment and supporting frontline teams.
COO Johnny Zhang shared his perspective on the relationship between culture and production management, emphasizing that corporate values create lasting impact only when they are reflected in daily operations, standard execution, and team collaboration.

Tammy Fang from the Human Resources Center introduced EPG’s corporate culture framework, illustrating how the company’s values—Co-creation, Shared Value, and Mutual Growth; Integrity, Ownership, and Inclusiveness; Reliability, Professionalism, Innovation, and Sustainability—can be applied through quality management, process handovers, issue resolution, and teamwork.
Closing the session, Moses Zhang, Director of Brand & Commercial, emphasized that culture is built through consistent actions rather than one-time training. He encouraged employees to demonstrate integrity, ownership, and collaboration in their daily work, helping strengthen both operational performance and long-term organizational development.
The training also included open discussions between frontline employees and team leaders on topics such as process handovers, quality inspection, issue reporting, and team collaboration. Participants shared that the session gave them a clearer understanding of how EPG’s values apply to their day-to-day responsibilities.

As EPG continues to grow, the company will further integrate its corporate culture into everyday operations, building a workplace defined by professionalism, accountability, and collaboration while delivering long-term value for employees, customers, and partners.
