Details

The Cooling Module family includes Chiller Module, Liquid Cooling Module, Pipeline Module, Pressurization Module,Water Treatment Module, etc. Together, they form the mechanical backbone for air-cooled and liquid-cooled data centers. Cooling PODs provide chilled water or refrigeration sources; LC Pipeline Modules and pipeline/cable skids distribute chilled and technical water; AC Modules deliver room-level air conditioning via AHU, CRAH/CRAC, FWU or FCU.

Cooling POD & Skid

Cooling PODs integrate chillers (air-cooled or water-cooled), pumps, valves, plate heat exchangers and control panels into prefabricated stations. They may also include magnetic levitation phase-change refrigeration systems for high efficiency.

LC Pipeline Module (Liquid Cooling System)

LC Pipeline Modules provide the primary-side liquid source and pipeline distribution for cold-plate liquid-cooled servers. They interface with CDUs located in the IT POD, supporting direct-to-chip cooling.

Cable Tray & Pipeline Skid

Designed with BIM, cable tray & pipeline skids integrate chilled water pipes, cable trays, air ducts, fire pipes and other auxiliary devices into highly integrated structural modules. Structural parts are produced in professional factories, transported as modules and assembled on site, greatly reducing the difficulty of on-site construction and enabling rapid installation and delivery.
