Electrical Test Engineer (Quality Department)

Job Description: 1. Review technical agreements with R&D to assess feasibility, cost, and resources for factory acceptance testing; prepare test scripts (test outlines) based on customer requirements. 2. Interpret customer acceptance and factory test consistency requirements. 3. Understand and interpret customer factory test outlines. 4. Lead factory testing. 5. Manage customer reception, resource preparation, process arrangement, testing records, and report compilation. 6. Supervise closure of issues identified during factory testing. 7. Prepare electrical test documents and arrange testing during production. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Control or related fields; familiar with power transmission and distribution. 2. Able to prepare written reports in English. 3. At least 10 years of experience in heavy equipment electrical configuration, control, and testing. 4. Outgoing personality with experience in customer communication. 5. Experience in preparing product testing documentation.
