HR Specialist

Job Description: 1. Employee Relations & HR Services: Handle full-cycle onboarding, transfer, and offboarding processes, including contract signing, renewal, modification, and termination. Maintain employee files and ensure compliance. Provide consultation on HR policies and benefits. Manage labor disputes and support employee engagement. Stay updated on Shanghai social insurance, provident fund, residence permit, and settlement policies. 2. Attendance & Payroll Support: Manage attendance statistics, exception checks, and data analysis to ensure accuracy. 3. Outsourced / Temporary Staff Management: Coordinate with suppliers to manage onboarding, attendance, working hours, and payroll for outsourced/temporary staff. Review attendance and expense documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Prepare monthly/quarterly cost analysis reports for outsourced labor to support optimization. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Labor and Social Security, or related fields. 2. At least 5 years of HR experience with practical knowledge in employee relations, attendance, payroll, and outsourced staff management. 3. Familiar with Shanghai labor laws and social insurance policies; capable of preventing and handling labor risks. 4. Strong communication, coordination, and service orientation. 5. Proficient in Excel, ERP, EHR, OA, with strong data processing and analysis skills. 6. Detail-oriented, responsible, with excellent cross-departmental collaboration and stress tolerance. Strong writing skills.
