Robotic Welding Engineer

Job Description: 1. Maintain, debug, and commission container robotic welding lines. 2. Develop welding process documents and programs based on product drawings, and conduct on-site debugging. 3. Improve robotic welding data packages, develop SOPs for each process, and debug welding machines to ensure stable production. 4. Train on-site operators and welding technicians. 5. Implement technical upgrades for welding lines. 6. Develop and perform robot maintenance plans. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership. Job Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in container welding robotics (ABB) and automated production line debugging. 2. Proficient in gas-shielded welding principles, understanding the impact of parameters like current, voltage, speed, and communication on weld formation. 3. Familiar with butt, lap, and groove welding forms; skilled in fillet, circular, oscillating, and multi-layer welding techniques. 4. Experience with Visual Components Premium and Robot Studio for offline programming and simulation. 5. Familiar with Siemens PLC programming software, 2D/3D design software, and office automation tools. 6. Proactive, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
