ERP Operation and Maintenance Engineer

Job Description: 1. Familiar with 1-2 core modules of mainstream ERP systems (UFIDA, Kingdee, SAP), including basic operations and data flow logic. Manage basic ERP accounts, including user creation, permission assignment, and password resets. Kingdee certification preferred. 2. Understand core business processes such as financial closing, procurement, sales, and inventory management, and their corresponding ERP operations. 3. Proficient in basic SQL (SELECT/INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE) for data verification, issue identification, and basic data processing. 4. Strong documentation skills for creating operation manuals, guides, and troubleshooting documents. 5. Assist in user training and basic Q&A support. Job Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of ERP operations experience, including internships or project experience. 2. Experience in manufacturing or knowledge of basic manufacturing business scenarios preferred. 3. Strong service orientation and ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users. 4. Capable of handling basic ERP issues independently; escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed. 5. Collaborative and able to assist with troubleshooting, process implementation, user training, and documentation.
